Del Mar is a luxurious seaside town located in San Diego County, California, just north of San Diego. It is known for its beautiful beaches, vibrant culture, and of course, horse racing. The Del Mar Races have been a long-standing tradition in the town, dating back to the 1930's. The racetracks are world-renowned for their beauty and the races themselves are thrilling and exciting for both spectators and the participants. Every year, people from around the world come to Del Mar for the races and to experience the incredible energy and atmosphere that comes with the event.

The Del Mar Races are always filled with excitement and anticipation, and this year was no different. The race results are in and there are plenty of winners and losers to talk about. Let's take a closer look at some of the top performers of the day.
The Winners
The first winner of the day was the horse “My Lady”, ridden by jockey Jeffery Smith. This horse came out of the gates with a strong lead and was never challenged, taking the win by a length. Another big winner was the horse “Flying High”, ridden by jockey Pete Johnson. This horse came in second, but finished a solid second, edging out the rest of the competition by a nose.
The Losers
Unfortunately, not all of the horses were able to take home the win. The horse “Lonely Road”, ridden by jockey Steve Young, came in last place. This horse had been a favorite to win, but unfortunately stumbled in the home stretch, costing it the win. Another horse that was unable to finish in the top three was “Mystery Horse”, ridden by jockey Ryan Davis. This horse had a good start, but couldn’t keep up the pace and ended up in fourth place.
